New Year, New Beginning
Our future depends on how hard we work today, that's why I believe that having a new year's resolution is important so that I can plan well my future and change the bad habits I did in the past year, also this is a big part of the new years celebrations. A new year's resolution is the thing create so that we can correct are mistakes that can help to build a better future. This year I want to be a better person so I can improve my lifestyle in life. Firstly I want to change my study habits because in the following month I will enter my senior high school journey. I need to not cram this year because its better to finish the task before the deadline than to rush it. Next I need to change into healthy lifestyle the things I need to change are my sleeping schedule, my eating habits I should lessen my unhealthy food intake like fast food, junk foods, soft drinks and oily foods, and I should do more exercise so I can loss weight because I'm insecure about my body type. I want to read more books this year not just to gain knowledge but to learn life lessons. I also want to learn a new skills along the way. Since I'm already a teenager going to adulthood I need to have a job so as a young age I can provide my needs and help my family.

I know that sticking to these resolutions won't always be easy. There will be times when I feel tempted to fall back into old habits or when challenges arise. To overcome these obstacles, I'll create a support system for myself. This could involve talking to trusted friends or family members, seeking guidance from mentors, or joining support groups. I'll also be kind to myself and remember that setbacks are a normal part of the process. Progress, not perfection, is the key.
At the end of each month, I'll take some time to review my progress. I'll honestly assess what I've accomplished, what challenges I've faced, and what adjustments I need to make. This regular self-evaluation will help me stay on track and ensure that my resolutions remain relevant and achievable throughout the year. My New Year's resolutions are not set in stone; they're a living document that I can adapt as needed to reflect my evolving needs and goals. The important thing is to keep striving for improvement and celebrate every step of the way.
